Extended Care 2023-2024
PROGRAM INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Description of Program: St. Thomas Aquinas School Extended Care Program provides supervised care for students outside school hours on days when St. Thomas Aquinas School is in operation. Upon attendance of this program all students and parents are to conform to our policies and procedures as indicated in the STA Handbook.
Eligibility: TK-8th grade students enrolled at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School.
Program Schedule: Care will be provided every day school is in session all year round from August 2023 to June 2024 within the hours below.
- Morning Care (M-F): 7:00am - 7:30am (Children may bring their own breakfast)
- Afternoon Care (M-F): 3:30pm - 6:00pm
- On early dismissal school days, afternoon care begins at time of dismissal.
Sign In/Out Procedure: Every student must be signed in and out of the Extended Care Program every day and the signature of parent/guardian must be written in full (no initials). Students will be released only to those adults whose names appear on the emergency information sheet. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Extended Care Payment Method & Late Fees: Invoices will be sent via FACTS incidental expenses. All families are required to enroll in autopay. All invoices are due by the 10th of the month. Payments can be made through FACTS or coming into the school office. A late fee of $30 will be incurred if not paid by the due date, as well as a suspension from the daycare program. An additional charge of $5 per minute per child will be incurred for those picked up after 6:00pm.
