2025-2026 School Year
 
Registration Fee:
  • Early Bird Rate: $300 first child/$250 each additional child (Jan 26 - June 1, 2025)
  • Regular Rate: $350 first child/$300 each additional child (June 2, 2025 - onward)

 

Book Fee (Consumables and Digital license renewals):
  • $200 per child
 
PTO fee:
  • $50 per family
 
Tuition:
  • One child: $5,550
  • Two children: $9,560
  • Three children: $12,850
 
Service Hours:
  • 30 hours required per family (to be worked at school or Parish events).
  • Families receiving financial assistance from the school will be required to complete 40 hours of service for the school year.
  • In-lieu-of service hours: $15 per hour
 
Fundraising Requirement:
  • $790 total obligation per family.
 
  • Two major fundraisers are part of the contractual obligation for the school:
1. Winter Gala
        • Two tickets to Gala (valued at $150)
        • Winter raffle tickets (45 tickets at $5 each ticket) (valued at $225)
2. Spring Casino Night
        • Two tickets to Casino Night (valued at $150)
        • Spring raffle tickets (45 tickets at $5 each ticket) (valued at $225)
 
  • There is one major fundraiser that is part of the contractual obligation for the parish:
1. Parish Sunday Funday ($40 worth of raffle tickets to sell)
 
Payment Options for Fundraising:
  • Payment plan through FACTS (10 months at $84 per month)
  • Pre-paid (pay all upfront) (eligible for 2% discount if pre-paid)
  • Pay at time of event (billed through FACTS)
 
Refer-a-Family Program:
If you refer a new family/new student to our school for the 2025-2026 school year, you can earn a referral reward!
  • Earn a reward of $400 for one student, or a reward of $600 for 2 or more students (new family must give us your name for referral).
  • New student/new family must stay at STA at least 6 months and be in good financial standing with
    the school.
